There really is no place like home, no matter how modest or grandiose your abode may be. Even if you have a long commute to work, this is the place where you probably spend
most of your time. After all, you likely do not work every day, and commuting is not the same thing as being at work. So, whether it is in the yard (garden), the living room, the kitchen, or the bedroom, this is where you do most of your living, where you have most of your fun, and where you can maximize your health benefits.
